Date and Venue: December 15, 2010, Lunga-og Elementary School

Activity Beneficiaries: Less Fortunate Schoolchildren and Below Normal Pupils from Preschool to Grade Six. Rationale: Providing Christmas joy to less fortunate schoolchildren is a yearly activity of Dep-Ed. This year, this is one of the suggested activities for the Education Week Celebration.

Objectives: 1. To give joy to less fortunate schoolchildren through foodstuff packages and feeding. 2. To provide feeding to Below Normal Pupils

Source of Funds: Funds for this activity shall be chargeable against MOOE funds subject to the usual accounting rules and regulations.

Expected Output: It is expected that the true spirit of Christmas be felt by the less fortunate schoolchildren and Below Normal Pupils.

Name of Activity: Year End Assessment and Evaluation of Accomplishments and Christmas Get Together Party Date and Venue: December 17, 2010, Lunga-og Elementary School Activity Beneficiaries: 21 teachers and School Head of Lunga-og Elementary School Rationale: Assessing and evaluating the accomplishments of teachers by subject areas enable them to gauge how far they have attained Dep-Ed goal of making pupils functionally literate and improve learners performance. V. Objectives: 1. To assess and evaluate the accomplishments of teachers. 2. To prepare the Annual Accomplishment Report. 3. To celebrate Christmas with teachers and School Head. VI.
