ABSTRACT Xyka Software Pvt Ltd, commonly known as Xyka is a technology solution provider & business process consulting firm headquartered in US. Xyka provide innovative technology products and services for travel suppliers, travel agencies and tour operators. Xyka gets partner with customers to solve business problems and bring solutions to market quickly. The study was conducted in Xyka Software Pvt Ltd in Bangalore. The study gave us the detailed study about overall process of recruitment and outsourcing in an organisation. Hence we practically experienced the Recruitment and outsourcing work in an organisation as an employee. We studied the various levels of interview assessment procedure at Xyka and assisted the Technical team, Technical Head and HR in interviewing by noting down the feedback. We prepared an Interview Feedback Report. To gain a better understanding of todays RPO practices, the objective of our project was to identify the benefits of Recruitment Process outsourcing. We worked as HR Executive analyst performing the RPO job at Xyka. The information collected is purely on the observation and practical experience. During our tenure at Xyka Software Pvt LTD, we learnt to work as professional. The one thing that got profoundly clear is that text books do not help in the actual corporate world. There are unwritten policies and standard operating procedures that each employee has to abide to.
