JOB DESCRIPTION:

Investigate and study the entire Tender Documents. Analyze and prepare the Tender requirements. Send queries to the client/consultant for any dispute encountered against Specifications, BOQ and Drawings. Send enquiries to all items involve in the Tender to gather prices as reference in costing. Follow-up or coordinate with the supplier if required. Prepare the estimate or the quantity takeoff for any item encountered in the BOQ, which need breakdown for costing. Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the Tender if the provided Tender documents are Specifications and drawings only. Prepare the final costing for the Tender to be reviewed and checked by the Head of Tendering Responsibility includes. Vendor and Supplier Management (Price negotiations-Pre Contract). Total project coordination. Client relations and communications. Design and prepare electrical plans for the project (proposed and as built). Supervising & monitoring of the projects progress (HV, MV & LV installations).
