AGREEMENT

This is an agreement entered into this ____ day of ________________, 2012, between the following: The ___________________________, a student organization of the Ateneo de Manila High School, represented herein by its ______________________, Mr. __________________________, and hereinafter referred to as Party A; -and_________________________________, a concessionaire/corporation engaged in the food and restaurant business with principal office address at _____________________________________ __________________________, represented herein by its __________________________, Mr./Ms. ____________________________, and hereinafter referred to as Party B; Witnesseth; That: WHEREAS, Party A has organized a special school event to be held on ______________, 2012, at the Ateneo de Manila High School campus in Loyola Heights, Q.C.; WHEREAS, Party A is principally required to provide the event with adequate food concessionaires from where the students and organizers may buy a variety of food items and meals at reasonable prices; WHEREAS, Party B has offered to serve and supply food during the said special school event, which offer Party A hereby accepts under the terms and conditions set forth herein below; UPON THE FOREGOING PREMISES, the Parties herein have agreed as follows:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I.

OBLIGATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTY A A. Logistical and Administrative Support 1. Provide a standard area of _____ sq.mts. for setting up booth or food station. 2. Supply tables and chairs for the customers. 3. Secure the necessary permits and required documentation for the entry and exit of Party Bs pre-approved (by Party A) personnel and equipment into the campus grounds as well as for conducting their business operations and related activities. Any expense to be

incurred for this purpose shall be paid by Party B. 4. Create a support team or point person to attend to requests or complaints of Party B during the event and for overall coordination. 5. Exercise general management over the conduct of transactions and system of doing business while Party B remains within the campus grounds. 6. Provide power supply to party B during the event. II. OBLIGATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTY B 1. The food concessionaire shall pay Php1500 for use of allotted space for their food booth. 2. The amount paid shall cover from the time of set-up, 1pm of Febuary 4, 2012 until 9pm to pack-up. 3. If late, the payment will remain the same regardless of the time the food concessionaire arrives. 4. The food con. should anticipate the amount of sales they will generate, hence, bring sufficient amount of food items. 5. The food con. should be in charge of the set-up of their own booth within the given space and the appearance must be appealing. 6. Each food stall should have a trash bin in front or behind it. 7. Every food con. should not serve food on a styrofoam plate. 8. The food should be guaranteed sanitary and healthy. 9. Service should be quick so turn-over of customers will also be fast. 10.The food con. should be responsible in disposing their own trash after the event, before leaving the school premises.
