We have seen tremendous growth so far and scratched the surface of our potential. In addition to this we have also successfully launched heavy equipment and alternate fuel power products. The value of people MASCOs family feeling and enjoying each others company beyond the confines of work. Show our internal values. Your companions are like family members and must get respect, support, help, care and affection from you similar to what your brothers get. I appreciate all that are present here. I assure you that, events like this will be a regular part of MASCO culture as we are moving forward and thus employees will see new and positive changes in our organization. Mr. Amir Marghoob Head of General Staff: He is our second most senior employee, I remember when he came to us he was Alif(Fit) and now he is Noon(Healthy). Mr. Sajid Abbas GM Marketing: He is one of our senior most employee, close to about his 2nd decade now working with us.

From 24 hours in a day, we spend 10 hours in office and 8 in sleep. So in short we spend most of our life in at work. So if I say that we are a work family, I might not be wrong. One of the reasons to hold the Annual Company Picnic is to give you a chance to know your work family. This will help you know your teammates outside the working environment. I may be one of the newest members of this company. But I am feeling right at home; and I feel that I already have a long relation with MASCO. The guidance and strategic leadership I have found in MASCO I have seldom seen even in fortune 500 companies. Mr. Anis and Mr. Umair has guided me at every step of working and always appreciated new ideas and encouraged to implement them. HR department is part of a vision that our company is expanding and we are going places that are challenging yet rewarding at the same time.

From the Farmhouse entrance, the lawn spreads covering a huge area. The weather already turning out to be great. This seems to be a good day for having a company picnic. Initially we all were really excited and took our own time to explore each and every part of the farmhouse. As there were many activity areas to choose from. For breakfast we enjoyed Halwapuri. Freshly made puri with delicious potato and channa curry really started our morning on a good start. It was time to take out our cricket kit and hit the fields. fields or in the stand. After all the unheard pleas on the ground, we decided to cool off in the swimming pool. For others the housing facility was luxurious enough to rest after the day. With amusements like Satellite TV, DVD player, cards and Caram at our disposal. All in all, we were forced to enjoy and celebrate the moment.

In afternoon before lunch a small ceremony took place to award our senior most employees. We all gathered to hear the speech of our CEO and learn from their experiences. There was a hope for a brighter career and future in speech of Mr. Muhammad Anis.

In the afternoon we enjoyed delicious lunch containing a variety of dishes including live BBQ, Biryani, Traditional Kunna and Kheer. It was the highlight our day. We hope to continue this tradition in future to revitalize our energy and recreate better understanding amongst teammates.

Lahore Office Annual Event

Excited! And ready to have fun. Our Lahore office staff gathered around at 8 am to start their journey. Arrangements were done couple of days before. To make this picnic a lasting fun and comfort for employees, we arranged transportation to be with them from start to finish. Their first stop was Khewra Mines. Salt has been mined at Khewra since 320 BC following its discovery by Alexander's troops; the mine-head buildings have 17 storeys, with 11 below ground. The saltmine is 945 feet above sea level and extends around 2,400 feet inside the earth from the minemouth. It took them 2 hours to see a part of the mines. Those who visited for the first time were really excited. They stayed there for 3 hours and enjoyed immensely. At around 2:30pm they took their lunch and started their journey towards Muree. They reached Muree at around 8:00pm. After resting for a while, it was time to see the nightlife of Muree. They roamed around in the city, enjoying the cold weather and hot food. After dinner some went to the market to buy souvenirs for home, other just were relaxing. Later on, everybody settled in their rooms to get up early for the next day. Next morning everybody was packed and ready to start off their day. Ayubia is breathtaking this time of the year. Mr. Sajid Abbas GM Marketing. On my return from US this is my first and till now the only job. I had all kind of feelings when I joined MASCO, even if will fit in the Pakistani culture or not. But as the time passed MASCOs working environment suited me, and by the leadership and guidance of Mr. Anis I felt that this is the right place for me. I have seen many ups and downs in the company, but the management never balanced out its shortcoming through short-term changes likes reduction in workforce. Many times it seems to be the easy way out, but I have seen MASCO making long term commitments whether its employees or clients. I believe, whatever the situation, we as an employee should always keep MASCO interest supreme. As MASCO provides us a platform for professional growth and

commitment to stick with us in thick or thin. We should also reciprocate the same with our loyalty and sincerity. We have a new dept of HR and I appreciate the activities of HR Manager. I know HR is working hard to make our system better and hope he keeps up the good work.
