Each group will be allocated a Case Study organisation. Each group member must select one of the below topics below and conduct research into now the below topic is related to the case study. The groups will present their finding on the 17th March 2011. Only 20 minutes will be allocated to each group to present their findings. The groups must work together and ensure there is a high standard of coordination between group members. The presentations are marked as a group exercise therefore an average mark will be awarded. Each group member must submit a written report by 24th March 2011 covering their chosen topic and the relationship to the case study. The report must be no more than 1500 words and be referenced.

1) Performance of the Case Study organisation in a changing Business Environment key focus pressures and opportunities during the digital revolution 2) The interaction of Information Technology with the Case Study organisations core Business Model 3) Analyse the Case Study organisations approach to Information Technology using an established strategic framework. 4) E-Commerce Transactions prevalent with the Case Studies business and its performance with an E-commerce Environment key focus on drivers and barriers 5) Identify the existence of Business Intelligence techniques within the Case Study and the effects and benefits on any existent Enterprise Systems. 6) Outline the Data Management challenges faced by the Case Study organisation.
