What is definition of consumer behaviour according to business person? Ans: The execitive director of Ufone Larkana, Mr Irfan said that consumer is precious resource for them in the sense consumer is only source of earning for them.In other words he said that consumer is King for them.

Further Mr Irfan said consumer behaviour is such a behaviour in which they see consumer buying behaviour, consumers play three different roles of user, payer & buyer. According to experience of Mr Irfan he said it us quite difficult to predict consumer behaviour accurately because consumer behaviour changes time to time.

Thus Mr Irfan Ali said that consumer behaviour is study of how, where & when consumers want to make purchasing. He said it is not easy job to understand consumer behaviour in the field of cellular companies & understanding it is the key of success. How knowledege about consumer behaviour could help businessmen?

Ans: Mr Irfan replied that everytime consumer behaviour not remain constant because it changes time to time due to different offerings markets such as Free FNF call time & discount on international calls.

Mr irfan said suppouse they known or have information about consumer behaviour than it would help them to provide immense services to their consumers which can hits the satisfication levels of consumers.

The awarenes about consumer behaviour in advance helps to businessmens to get done their work beautyfully for their consumers & that work surely inspire consumer behaviour.

If seller knowns the nature of consumer behaviour such as his or her taste, prefrence demograpic, psychographic & wants than it would be quite beneficial for businessmen to rendered fruitfull & effective services to their consumers.

What degree responses reflect the philosophy of Marketing Concept?

Ans:

Marketing Concept: In this businessmen can easily achieve goals if he or she knowns the needs & wants of consumers & giving them desired utility better than compititors.

Socital Marketing Concept: Businessmen need to make healthy decisions by reflecting on consumers needs & wants, the companys requirements & consumer long trem intrest.

Product Marketing Concept: It is the idea that consumer will favor those products which offer more quality, performance & best features.
