Abstract
An industrial automation process must be aquinted with the adaption of newest technology in plant designing & work practices in human business rules keeping under consideration engineering of a process and plant. The magic HMI software WINCC has revolutionalized the industrial world with its ability to automate auxllary plant using their tools of simulation. With this advance software the process and field parameter can be analyzed, monitored and controlled effectively. Keeping in mind the importance of project designing mechanical, electrical & P&ID diagrams have been introduced in this project as a major aspect of industrial development.
Motivation
At the end of B.E. studies, all the engineering students in Pakistan usually requires to design and develop Projects which is basically is a demonstration of their engineering capabilities of solving engineering problems, at undergraduate level. IIEE students, also carryout Project Work related to any industrial electronics problem. Being industrial electronics students, they have to all learn basic engineering skills, and plus, latest technology that is being used in modern industry. Today most of the critical (fast) embedded systems being employed in the industry are FPGA based, only because it has flexibility (programmable) and accuracy like digital systems and it provides parallel (fast) processing channel like analog system. Therefore we chose FPGA based project, just to introduce ourselves with this latest technology, and to test our industrial electronics engineering capabilities.
Built-in wireless data link to enable wireless data transmission to a remote monitoring unit

Implementing Wireless Communication Protocol. Development of a user friendly GUI with its Installer. Implementation of process control on FPGA Based DAQ.
We are thankful to our supervisors, especially, Engr. Arsalan Khan (IIEE Graduate), who guided and help us in solving issues involved in practical application of FPGA device. We are extremely grateful to him that he gave us time, as at when it was possible for him with his busy schedule at SUPARCO.
