Tyre manufacturing has been one of most important stakeholder for the automotive industry. Rubber, the raw material from which tyres are made, can be either naturally obtained from the sap of the rubber tree or artificially manufactured from petroleum. The share of use of each of these items in the manufacture of tyres varies according to the use to be made to the final product. With 3000 different kinds of tyres from over 117 major manufacturers globally have made the industry worth of USD XXXX Billion by 2011.
