The Work Wall Workflow (WWWF) system is designed to replace the current

Hallmark Services Corporation (HSC) physical work walls with an electronic version. Today, at a high level, when work comes into the department, the policy file is retrieved from central storage, or the new work is placed in a sleeve, and the files/sleeves are placed on a work wall. The work is distributed from the wall each day to various personnel trained to perform a given type of work. The Work Wall Workflows are designed to work with a front-end scanning process. The documents are scanned and committed to the TRACE repository. From there the BPM process engine

will pick up the work, place it in work items and route those items to appropriate personnel based on business rules. The Medical Records WWWF is meant for the Benefits Administration group in Hallmark. The Medical Records in this case are those which have been requested by the Benefits Administration group from the provider, for carrying out an investigation. The Benefits Administration group processes claims and investigations submitted to HCSC only in the following scenarios: If the policy is less than a year old (from effective date) All policies which have riders in them (all riders) Responsibilities: 1 2 3 4 5 Analyze and Design for the business process for the application.
