Straordinaria delicatezza nel trattamento delle fibre pregiate

TMB 2000 oggi dotata di: una nuova motorizzazione che prevede un motoriduttore per ciascun braccio; una pompa asservita da inverter che assicura una regolazione accurata ed il costante mantenimento della portata del bagno ai bracci, ognuno dotato di valvola di intercettazione per affinare oltremodo il flusso, anche a macchina in movimento; fine corsa elettronici che consentono la perfetta sincronizzazione dei bracci nelle fasi di fermata e di ripartenza; la cappa di chiusura ha una nuova movimentazione che migliora la sicurezza per l'operatore ed ha un ingombro ridotto; la vasca, ridisegnata, permette di raggiungere rapporti bagno di 1:8. La presenza di uno scambiatore termico basato su serpentini all'interno della vasca, consente un veloce controllo della temperatura, con evidente risparmio sulla durata del processo ed un'economia di vapore. Lo scambiatore in questione costituito da un serpentino a fascio tubiero posto all'interno della vasca, ed oltre al riscaldamento pu provvedere al raffreddamento del bagno tramite l'inserimento in circolo di acqua fredda. disponibile, a richiesta, anche un serpentino supplementare indipendente posto all'interno della vasca per il raffreddamento del bagno.

La macchina a bracci TMB 2000 per la tintura delle matasse si rivolge principalmente al mercato delle fibre pregiate con titoli molto fini, dove sono fondamentali la cura e la delicatezza per tutto il processo di tintura. Il trattamento delle matasse sospese ad un braccio e quindi non immerse, rappresenta la soluzione idonea per i filati che mal sopportano un trattamento sotto bagno a circolazione forzata, ma per i quali comunque necessario ottenere un grado di unitezza tintoriale di primissimo livello per tutto il lotto. Il bagno viene prelevato dalla vasca per mezzo di una pompa a velocit variabile e viene inviato ai bracci (costituiti da un tubo forato) irrorando perfettamente le matasse, posizionate su tutta la lunghezza di ogni singolo braccio. Per tutte queste ragioni, la TMB 2000, grazie alle sue caratteristiche di progetto che ne garantiscono un alto livello qualitativo, riesce ad entrare in concorrenza con le classiche macchine dedicate alle grandi produzioni di filato di qualit medio bassa. Da sempre attenta alle richieste di un mercato sempre pi esigente, Mezzera ha compiuto uno sforzo progettuale massiccio. Accanto alla collaudatissima soluzione con bracci fissi in accoppiamento ad un'asta sposta matasse rotante, si aggiunta la possibilit di escludere uno o pi bracci sia dal punto di vista del dosaggio tintoriale che della rotazione. Questa possibilit di esclusione singola dei bracci permette di trattare lotti pi piccoli, risparmiando l'energia altrimenti utilizzata dai motori.

Una caratteristica di sicuro interesse data dalla possibilit di poter attivare il funzionamento a macchine accoppiate. Questo garantisce un altissimo standard di unitezza tintoriale per grandi lotti di filato. Il circuito idraulico di collegamento fra le due unit gestisce l'invio incrociato dei bagni, dalla vasca di un'unit ai bracci dell'altra e viceversa, oltre ai necessari ricircoli tra le due vasche e all'interno di ogni singola vasca. Il sistema di gestione del processo tecnologico basato su di un PLC dell'ultima generazione che memorizza, controlla e riproduce i parametri di processo attivabili da un pannelIo di comando essenziale ed ergonomico. Alla luce delle necessit di controllo di reparto, ciascuna macchina interfacciabile in un network di gestione di pi stazioni di lavoro, controllabili in parallelo. A completamento della macchina, costruita conformemente alle norme CE, la dotazione si arricchisce, a richiesta, di nuovi dispositivi quali, ad esempio, le sonde magnetiche di livello. The TMB 2000 hank-dyeing machine with arms is addressed mainly to the market for first-class yarns with very fine counts and where careful and delicate treatment is fundamental throughout the entire dyeing process treatment of the hanks that are suspended on arm, thus not immersed is the best solution for those yarns which react badly to forced circulation immersion dyeing but which still require high quality uniform dyeing for the entire batch.The liquor is drawn from the vat using a variable-speed pump and is fed to the arms (made up of a perforated tube).The dye thus perfectly soaks the hanks hanging along the whole length of the arms. It is for these reasons, and thanks to the design characteristics which guarantee quality that the TMB 2000 can compete with the traditional machines for the mass production of medium-Iow quality yarns. Mezzera has always met the ever demanding market requirements and has here met an enormous design challenged. Beside the welltested solution with fixed arms and a rotating hank displacing rod, we have added the possibility to switch off dye feeding to one or more arms as well as the rotation completely. This possibility to switch off a single arm allows that small batches can be treated thus an energy saving. The TMB 2000 is today equipped with: a new drive system with a gearmotor for each arm; an inverter-driven pump to ensure precise adjustment and constant liquor flow to the arms each equipped with an on-off valve to further control the liquor feeding, even when the machine is running; electronic limit switches that guarantee perfect bar synchronisation when stopping and starting; the smaller hood opens and closes differently, thus ensuring better operator safety; the re-designed vat allows a dyeing ratio of 1:8 to be reached. The heat exchanger based on a steam piping inside the vat, allows fast temperature control and hence faster treatment times and better use of the steam. This heat exchanger consists of tube-nest coil and is housed in the vat. Apart from heating, it also can cool the liquor by cinculating cold water. On request an additional independent coil placed inside the tank for liquor cooling purpose, is also available. One especially interesting feature is given by the possibility to connect this machine to another one. This guarantees extremely high dyeing uniformity for large yarn batches.The connecting hydraulic circuit between the two machines allow liquor crossover from tank of one machine to the arn of the other machine and vice versa as well as liquor re-circulation between the two vats and inside each vat. The control system is based on a state-of-the-art PLC installed in a watertight cabinet.This unit is controlled from an ergonomic control panel to save, control and reproduce the treatment parameters. As it may be necessary to control machines in different departments of the mill, at the same time each machine can be interfaced within a control network working in parallel with more than one work station. On request this machine, manufactured according to CE rules and regulations, can be supplied with new devices such as the magnetic level gauges. The TMB 2000 arm machine is part of an already wide range of products.
