85% of Irish people now listen to the radio every day RTE Radio 1 remains the most popular national station with a 0.7% increase in all adults share year on year RTE 2FM has failed to halt their decline in this book. The station experienced a 0.7% decrease in all adults share and a 1.3% decrease in Housekeepers with children share year on year More positive results for Newstalk, the stations all adults share has increased by 0.7% year on year Today FM also experienced an increase in its all adults share, however, the stations main gain was amongst Housekeepers with children which jumped from 11% to 12.7% share year on year Local/Regional/Multi-City stations have seen a decline in all adults listenership, down 1.2% year on year Average daily listening has risen from 234 to 237 minutes

National stations; Newstalk, Today FM and RTE Radio 1 all grew their market share in Dublin. The most significant of which being Newstalk with a market share of almost 8%, which is on par with 98FM 98FM lost significant market share in Dublin dropping 3.6% to 8% FM104 is the only Dublin station which grew in market share, albeit a small increase. They also take the lead as the top station for Housekeepers with children at 15.6%. The station continues its success as it holds the highest share for 15-34s at 22.9% Phantom and 4FM continue to have disappointing books and poor penetration levels Dublin adults remain listening to 237 minutes of radio a day, which remains the same when compared with last year

Regional Disappointing results for the regional stations as Spin South West is the only one to remain static i102-104 lost significant market share of 5%. i105-107 and Beat also suffered with drops of 1% and 2% respectively Local East Coast, Galway Bay FM and KFM all continue to decline.
