Students holding a law degree from a Hong Kong or other common law institution, or the Postgraduate Certificate in Hong Kong Law (PGCHKL) at City University of Hong Kong, or equivalent may apply for exemption from either or both of the courses marked (#) above. Only students who have been granted the exemption are required to take the course marked (+).
