For medical applications the innovative design of the ULTROX is the most convenient, reliable source of supplemental oxygen available today. It provides a secure, cost-effective, efficient, and safe alternative to purchased oxygen. The air we breathe contains approximately 21% oxygen, 78% nitrogen, and 1% other gases. In the ULTROX unit, compressed room air passes through a regenerative, adsorbent material called molecular sieve. This material separates the oxygen from the nitrogen; a process called Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA). The result is a flow of high-purity USP Medical Grade Oxygen which is then compressed to fill cylinders. AirSeps ULTROX Cylinder Filling System is a selfcontained, transportable unit designed to automatically fill multiple oxygen cylinders simultaneously.
