1 Activity Sl no 1 Foundation ( 5 day ) a)Check Clean & Leveling Top surface b)Check & Clean foundation hole c)Clean all foundation 2 Put the machine base near the foundation(1day) 3 Erection of foundation base (2 day) a)Clean the foundation bolts b)Put the foundation bolt in help of steel wire 4 Put the rob nut (1/2 day) a)Put the steel plate in foundation rob nut hole b)Put the rob nut on the plate 5 Fix the base to foundation as per 8 holes. (1 day) 6 Clean the top surface of Machine base(1/2 day) 7 Fix the one column as per position rings. (1/2day) a)Put the column near machine foundation b)Clean all the column 8 Put the slide center on the machine (1 day) a)Put the slide near the foundation b)Clean the slide c)Check & tightning all slide assembly bolts 9 Fix the other three column as per position rings. (1/2 day) 10 Fix the Beam (1/2 day) a)Clean the position ring mounting hole b)Clean the position ring c)Assemble 4Nos. Rings in machine bolt d)Put the left & right hand ARM e)Assemble 4Nos. Rings in Left & right column 11 Fix & tighten the motor stand. a)Put the motor Stand near the foundation b)Clean the motor & Pully c)Assemble with machine 12 Frame Assembly (6 HRS.) a)Put the Frame near the foundation b) Put it on the machine c) Assemble with Machine 13 Put the rob (bolts) 4Nos. (1 day ) a)Put the rob nut near the foundation b)Clean the rob bolt & thread
c)Put the rob bolts in the column & machine base d) In help of tightning tools make pressure & stretch Required Time Plan Actual Remarks

b)Clean all assembly c)Checked & tighten all fastner d)Assemble with machine Friction diskcassembly (12 Hrs.) a)Put the V-Belt (14Nos) to friction disk b)Fix the disc to left & right hands column Motor Assembly ((3 Hrs.) a) Put the Motor near to the foundation b) Assemble the Motor on to the Mounting Frame Stand Frame (Platform) a) Bring the Frame near to the machine foundation. b)Assemble the Platform on Machine. Fix & tighten the brakes to the stand frame. (3Hrs.) Set up the main screw nut. (12 Hrs.) a)Clean & lubricate the box nut with oil 320 b)Clean & lubricate main screw with oil 320

c)Assemble with machine 23 Assemble & tighten the slide with main screw (12Hrs.) 24 Pneumatic assembly (6Hrs.) a)Pipe line assembly

b)Reciver fitting (Tank) c)FRL unit fitting d)Pressure regulator mounting e)Solnied Valves f)Connect with operating cylinder (2Nos.LR) to valves g)Connect with balance cylinder with reciver h)Connect with valves 2Nos. Brake cylinder i)Connect with air sources 25 Interface machine with electrical control panel (12Hrs.) a)Put the electrical control panel near the machine b)Checked & tighten all contact point c)Power up in main control panel d)Checked all input & output in control panel in help of multimeter & test lamp 26 Assemble ejector (hydraulic) unit in machine (12Hrs.) a)clean & checked all assembly b)Assemble hydraulic power pack with machine c)connect electric power with control panel e)Assemble with machine 27 Trial run in machine (5 days) a)Start with the machine as per sequnce b)Checked funcational assembly unit one by one c)Checked abnormal sound in each assemble d)Checked abnormal heating in all assemble e)Checked drawn currentin all motors
