Sir: We are pleased to submit our proposal for the above stated subject for the supply of labor, materials, tools and engineering services required to properly conduct the following scope of works:

A. SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. Installation of air conditioning units (2 units) Package Type ( Labor only) 2. Installation of Exhaust Fan Centrifugal type ( 3 units ) (Labor only) 3. Installation of pre-fabricated ducts according to SMACNA Standard; made of galvanized steel sheet G90, all
elbows, manual volume damper, pressure relief damper, sand strap louver, motorized volume damper, motorized fire and smoke damper, transitions, sealants and complete duct accessories. (Labor only) 4. Supply and installation of thermal duct insulation (KIMMCO brand) for indoor ductworks made of fiber glass insulation 25-mm thick, 56 kg/m density with aluminum foil vapor barrier on one side with stuck up pins, duct adhesive and galvanized steel strap. 5. Supply and installation of flexible duct connecting air diffuser plenum box and air duct. 6. Installation of diffuser plenum boxes (Labor only). 7. Installation of supply and return air grills and square ceiling diffuser (Labor only). 8. Installation of six (6) units Electric Duct Heaters (Labor only) 9. Supply and installation of duct indoor support made of hot dip galvanized angle, threaded rods and expansion shield. 10. Supply of labor and materials for painting of outdoor duct with epoxy paint RAL 7038. 11. Supply and installation of G. I. boxes for outdoor actuator and sensors weather protection. 12. Supply of labor and materials for fabrication and installation of Purge Fan maintenance platform. 13. Supply and installation of G.I. flashing for all wall opening. 14. Supply and installation of vibration isolator for PACU unit. 15. Supply and installation of PACU unit drain line made of PVC pipe complete with P-trap and fittings. 16. Supply and installation galvanized angle hot dip support for outdoor unit w/ base plate 17. Supply of labor and engineering supervision.

B. PROJECT COST: One Hundred Fifty Thousand Saudi Riyals only. (SR 150,000.00). Lump Sum Amount for the complete installation.

NOTE AND CONDITION:

1. Validity: 15 days from the date of offer. 2. Work Completion: Approximately 90 days from the receipt of P.O. and down payment. 3. One (1) year performance warranty of workmanship from the date of turn over. 4. Equipment and components shall be completely installed in a manner to ensure proper and sequential operation of the entire AC system. 5. Concrete foundation for AC and duct support shall be provided by others. 6. Required floor and wall opening for duct shall be provided by others. 7. Wood frame required for any wall opening shall be provided by others. 8. Crane for hauling and lifting the PACU units and ducting is included in the offer. 9. All electrical and control works is not included in the offer. 10. Drain line shall be connected to nearest floor drain outlet. 11. All materials to be use shall be brand new or of good quality and approved type as to location purposes. 12. All installation not included herein shall be considered as additional works. 13. Any changes in approved plan given to us shall be considered as additional works. 14. Any item not specifically mentioned herewith is apparently excluded in the offer.
C. TERMS OF PAYMENT: 1. Twenty-five percent (25%) down payment upon signing the contract. 2. Seventy five percent (75%) Thrue progress billing.
