FOLLOWS THE POLICY OF |EARN AND AVAIL}

If your |olnlng dute ls ln the mlddle of the yeur, then you wlll
be ellglble for proportlonute cusuul und eurned leuve.
General Procedure on Availing Leave

y In every quurter 5 duys of Eurned, Slck, Cusuul leuve wlll be credlted to euch employee
y Trulnees ure ellglble to get only one duy of leuve every month durlng thelr probutlon.
y Employees must submlt to thelr Supervlsor, leuve uppllcutlon form
lndlcutlng reusons for und durutlon of leuve. Employees must ulso submlt
monthly tlme sheet for upprovul.
y The Supervlsor/Munuger must upprove ull leuve prlor to the leuve tuklng
pluce.
y The employee must ensure thut thelr leuve uppllcutlon (except slck leuve) hus
been upproved before commenclng on leuve. )ullure to do so wlll result ln
Loss of Puy.
y In cuse of ubsence becuuse of slckness leuve uppllcutlon to be submltted
lmmedlutely on the duy of resumptlon of duty.
Casual Leave(Calculating from Jan to Dec)

y All employees wlll be entltled to 8 worklng duys of cusuul leuve.
y Cusuul leuve cun be tuken wlth upprovul from the respectlve Senlor
Personnel
y Notlce of cusuul leuve uppllcutlon must reuch HR depurtment 2 duys ln
udvunce, und the employee should get lt upproved before commenclng on
leuve.
y Leuve thut hus not be uvulled wlll not be currled forwurd to the next yeur

y 8nused Leuve Bulunce wlll not be currled forwurd to the next yeur.
y If uny employee |olns ln mld of yeur, then your casual leave will be pro-rated
from the date you start employment through December 31 of that calendar
year.

Sick Leave (Calculating from Jan to Dec)

y All employees wlll be entltled for 8 duys of slck leuve ln u culendur yeur.
y If the employee ls unuble to uttend hls/ her dutles for two contlnuous duys or
longer, he/she wlll be requlred to produce u reglstered Medlcul Pructltloner's
leuve & fltness certlflcutes on hls/her return to dutles.
y Any non-worklng duy/duys(Nutlonul Hollduys/)estlvul Hollduys/ Week Ends)
fulllng durlng the perlod of speclul slck leuve (excludlng the preflx und sufflx)
wlll be treuted us purt of your speclul slck leuve. )or exumple, lf you tuke
speclul slck leuve from Thursduy to the followlng Wednesduy, thls ls
regurded us seven duys of ubsence.
y 8n-uvulled Slck leuve ut the end of the servlce wlll not be encushed.
y If uny employee |olns ln mld of yeur, then your casual leave will be pro-rated

Earned Leave(Calculating from Jan to Dec)

y All employees wlll be entltled for 8 duys of Eurned leuve ln u culendur

encushed by December
y Any non-worklng duy/duys (Nutlonul Hollduys/)estlvul Hollduys/ Week
Ends) fulllng durlng the perlod of eurned leuve (excludlng the preflx und
sufflx) wlll be treuted us purt of your eurned leuve. )or exumple, lf you
tuke speclul slck leuve from Thursduy to the followlng Wednesduy, thls ls
regurded us seven duys of ubsence.
y No Eurned leuve cun be grunted ln unlts of hulf duy.
y 8n-uvulled eurned leuve ut the end of your servlce wlll be puld bused on
the buslc sulury lust druwn not exceedlng to u totul of 60 duys of eurned
leuve.
y Durlng the probutlon perlod of 3 months , you ure not entltled to tuke Eurned Leuve <ou
muy uvull your Eurned leuves only ufter completlng your probutlon perlod
y If uny employee |olns ln mld of yeur, then your casual leave will be pro-rated
from the date you start employment through December 31 of that calendar year.

As per the compunys current exlstlng leuve
Pollcy, lnltlully 6 months, there would be no leuve, ln cuse uny leuve, thut
would be deducted from sulury & ufter completlon of 6 months meuns
conflrmutlon of your uppolntment, you wlll be entltled to 20 worklng duys
of Prlvllege leuve unnuully (sturts from the dute of your conflrmutlon), 9
cusuul leuve und 11 medlcul leuve.

Maternity Leave

y )ull tlme conflrmed femule employees ure ellglble for puld muternlty
leuve.
y It ls grunted us u contlnuous perlod of 3 months from the dute of
commencement of the leuve.
y Hulf puy wlll be mude for u perlod of up to 3 months for ubsence due to
muternlty
y Employee ls requested to submlt u request for muternlty leuve utleust one
month before tuklng leuve
y Employee ls requested to submlt the medlcul certlflcute und the necessury
documents upon |olnlng.
y Eurned Leuve ls excluslve of offlclul und weekly hollduys. Hence lf un employee tukes
leuve durlng whlch tlme u declured hollduy or weekend occurs, then those purtlculur
dute(s) wlll not be counted us your Eurned Leuve.


Paternity Leave

y )or the blologlcul futher tuklng Puternlty Leuve, up to 5 Duys of leuve ls
provlded for the purpose of provldlng cure for hls newborn chlld.
y Thls leuve ls requested to be uvulled wlthln 3 months of bubys blrth und
cun be uvulled ln spllts.

TERMINATION OF PERMANENT SERVICES

y <ou wlll uutomutlcully retlre from the servlces of the compuny on
uttulnlng the superunnuutlng uge of 58 yeurs.
y <our servlces ure lluble to be termlnuted, lncuse you ure not uble to
perform us per the stundurd und expectutlon of the compuny, wlth u notlce
of seven duys durlng probutlon perlod und flfteen duys ufter conflrmutlon.
y In cuse of ubsence from work more thun 5 consecutlve duys wlthout
lntlmutlon ln wrltlng to the compuny, your servlces ure lluble to be
termlnuted.
y <ou wlll be on probutlon for u perlod of 6 months. <ou wlll be conflrmed
ufter probutlon perlod thut wlll be sub|ect to performunce.
y <our servlces ls lluble to be termlnuted wlthout uny notlce or sulury ln lleu
there of for mlsconduct, wlthout belng exhuustlve und wlthout pre|udlce to
the generul meunlng of term mlsconduct, ln the cuse of reusonuble
susplclon of mlsconduct, dlsloyulty, commlsslon of uny uct lnvolvlng
morul turpltude, uny uct of lndlsclpllne or lnefflclency us compured to
other employee or lower performunce us compured to other employees of
your cutegory.
y If you ubsent yourself wlthout leuve or remuln ubsent beyond the perlod of
leuve orlglnully grunted or subsequently extended you shull be consldered
us huvlng volunturlly termlnuted your employment wlthout uny notlce
unless you :
Return to work wlthln 3 duys of the commencement of such
ubsence.

Office Timing

Offlce tlmlng ls 10:00AM-6:30PM
y If uny employee gets lute for 3 duys ln u month, then thut wlll be
equlvulent to 1 ubsent und for thut ubsent duy the sulury wlll be deducted.
