Exclusive Buyer Agency is the practice of representing only buyers and never sel lers in a transaction. The company never lists a seller's property and thus neve r has a seller as a client. Exclusive buyer agents are home buyer s advocates who focus their skills and knowled ge to benefit home buyers exclusively, rather than working for both sellers and buyers. The vast majority of real estate offices benefit from representing both parties. NAEBA members avoid this conflict of interest by supporting the fiducia ry needs of home buyers only. The Board of Directors met for additional training and strategic planning after the announcement. NAEBA President Ulrich Salzgeber said NAEBA believes real estate services for buyers are best done by companies that only work with buyers, avoid ing the conflicts of interest inherent in the typical real estate office. Tradit ional licensees are primarily in the sales game promoting their homes for sale w hile trying to be all things to all people. NAEBA members are specialists promot ing the financial best interests of the home buyer.
