x- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -x AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS I, Bobby Rotring, 25 years of age, single , resident of New Lucban Ext. Baguio City, Benguet, after having sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state: 01. That I was present and personally saw that accused, Kayne Bonita Alcala and Joshua Japo Kiapo, committed the crime of homicide against the victim Alberto Berto Marasigan; That I was working at the bar where the crime was committed. That I was the one who stopped the victim from confronting the accused and requested the former to go back to their table. That I tried to stop them when they were already fighting but I was not able to do such because I fear for my safety. That I saw Joshua Japo Kiapo punched the victim when the latter threw a shot glass that hit Kayne Bonita Alcala. Japo stabbed the victim on the left abdomen using a swiss knife and Kayne Bonita Alcala hit the victim on the latters head using an Emperador Lite bottle.
