Due to the rapid growth of our business, we are now recruiting managers who specialize in Financial Institutions Financial Due Diligence in Asia Pacific and China, who will provide acquisition and other transaction related services to financial and strategic buyers. Job Description and Responsibilities In support of the teams expansion, we are looking for managers with a background in the financial services industries. Suitable candidates are expected to be able to independently lead a team to deliver concise, deal issue-oriented reports and presentations to clients, highlighting the key findings from the due diligence, suggesting how such findings should be incorporated into the clients valuation and/or purchase and sale agreement, and providing other negotiating points. You are required to provide support in supervising and developing junior members. Key responsibilities are as follows:- y Develop international business through the firm's international network; y Develop local business by pitching to Asia Pacific financial services institutions; y Perform risk management procedures including scoping, drafting engagement letters and project budgeting; y Manage execution team in performing the fieldwork; y Identify deal issues and provide suggestions for solutions; y Review reports and prepare key summary section; y Manage the preparation of high quality deliverables and project economics; y Assist clients in deal structuring, negotiation and documentation matters; y Work closely with tax diligence, valuations diligence and commercial diligence teams to develop and execute joint projects; y Work closely with overseas colleagues on international assignments y Manager: 1.
