Three horses are tethered with 7 m long ropes at the three corners of a triangular field having sides 20 m, 34 m and 42 m. Find the area of the field which can be grazed by the horses. Also find the area of the field which remains ungrazed.

33. A solid toy is in the form of a hemisphere surmounted by a right circular cone. Height of the cone is 2 cm and the diameter of the base is 4 cm. If a right circular cylinder circumscribes the toy, find how much more space it will cover?

34. There are two poles, one each on either bank of a river, just opposite to each other one pole is 60 m high. From the top of this pole, the angles of depression of the top and the foot of the other pole are 30 and 60 respectively. Find the width of the river and the height of the other pole.

500 persons are taking a dip into a cuboidal pond which is 80 m long and 50 m broad. What is the rise of water level in the pond, if the average displacement of the water by a person is 0.04 m3.
