Primary Responsibilities
First contact point and single owner of the project delivery Create solution road map Participate in project planning, project ramp ups, estimations Plan KT sessions, schedule onsite-offshore meetings Contribute in training programs Analyze business requirements, technical requirements and lead the solution design and development May work for multiple projects at a time and help in preparation of the technology and architecture solutions for new projects. Would provide inputs to the Program Leader and the Business Analyst and help in preparation of the schedule and effort estimates based on the requirements of the business. Would participate in design reviews and provide inputs and solutions required for the respective projects. Design reviews Would report the status on activities to the respective program leader on a weekly basis or as defined / required by the program leader. Ensuring compliance to BI COE PMM process in all project implementations. Ensuring adherence and communication of standards and recommendation to QA for improvements / changes to these standards. Coordinate all aspects of the Program, including planning and control, putting plans into action, keeping everyone informed of plans, progress and issues, managing the team Work closely with other internal teams: Operations Team, Database Team, Architecture Team, QA Team, etc. Coordinate all aspects of the program with the Onsite Project Lead/Coordinator Work allocation and monitoring of task progress at Offshore. Attend reviews / Conference calls with Business and Onsite Project Lead Coordinates with OPS and QA team Attend weekly prioritization calls with Business and the offshore team Knowledge Transfer and training of offshore team members. Project & People management Escalation point for support related issues Handling Customer issues Weekly Status reporting to the Function Maintaining / preparing Metrics on Cases. CoE collaboration

Primary Responsibilities
Play role on as Business analyst in gathering business requirements and mapping them to the Data warehouse environment for large data warehouse implementations, or possibly multiple smaller projects Understand and document clients existing business functions and processes relevant to the project Support the scoping and planning of new projects along with onsite lead Facilitate the development of new strategies and business requirements to be enabled by BI solutions Design, development and Testing of MS AS and other BI solutions Create design document Create unit test cases and test strategies Prepare development and test environment Production deployment of the solution Version control Help onsite and offshore leads in estimating work packages Involve with CoE to provide any information related to PoCs and research work Follow CITI development standards and guidelines Create end to end Testing strategy for the solution Create test cases Functional testing along with Solution Leads and Business Analsyst System integration testing with the design and development team Maintain QA documents Quality Metrics tracking Create Reports on MS RS platform Design, develop and test MS RS reports Help OLAP developers to test cubes and data base designs Dashboards, drill downs and dimensional analysis Prepare GUI
