Rosemary Radford Reuthers Theology is Trashed By Anthony Blackstone, B.A., Phd.

, Coif Perpetual (C)Copyright and (P)Patent by Anthony J. Fejfar and Neothomism, P.C. (PA) and The American People and The People of God and The People. In her book, The Return of the Goddess, Rosemary Radford Reuther makes error and after error, so much so that one suspects that fraud might be involved and a hidden agenda. First of all, in the ancient and medieval world there was not Unitary, Single, Goddess who was worshiped or recognized. Secondly, there were both Wisdom Goddesses such a Minerva, Sophia, and Athena, who had opposite agendas from the Great Mother goddesses such as Hera and Gaia and Isis. As Ken Wilber points out in his books, the horticultural period of development on Earth was matriarchal and mother goddess worship was involved, and that culture participated in ritual torture and murder, child sexual abuse and murder, cannibalism, white slavery, and the promotion of the base values and emotions of greed, abuse, neglect, selfishness, greed, envy, etc. Additionally, Reuther seems to promote the idea of witches

covens and witchcraft as a positive value. In fact, as seen in the movies The Wizard of Oz, and Narnia, and others, it is rare to find a Good Witch, and instead most witches are evil and vile who enjoy torturing others for fun. The reason that witches were burnt at the stake in the ancient and medieval world is that they had a certain amount of magic such that they could only be executed a certain way. Most witches chose to have death by fire as the binding spell for their immortality. In fact, under Roman Catholic Canon Law, it was required that an attempt be made to drug or poison the witch so that she would not unduly suffer from being burnt alive. Also, a crossbow man or archer was present with arrows dipped in Holy Water to kill the alleged witch

so that she would die gradually, screaming with pain. Also, the only trial that were permitted were under Sheriffs Law, the Law of Logic and Canon Law, for sophistry, typically for hypocrisy. Moreover, the legal regulation of witchery did not start with Christianity. In fact,

Greek Druids in Europe burnt vile, evil, witches on a regular basis as a form of execution. And lastly, in the Ancient World, there were more gods than there were goddesses which were venerated and worshiped, going back at least a hundred thousand years, such as: Zeus, Apollo, Mercury, Pan, Jupiter, Mars, the Unknown God, Orion, etc. Thus, the idea that there every was some benevolent Goddess in the recent or even ancient past, is absolutely absurd, and is fraud. One wonders is Rosemary Radford Reuther is a Soviet KGB disinformation agent.
