Fact Sheets are available on how to raise Waterfowl, Chickens, Guineas and Turkeys at a cost of $1.00 each (or free with an order - - - if you request it). These sheets are designed for the beginner and will give basic information on what to expect and how to proceed upon arrival of your birds. Payment in the form of a check or money order must be mailed with your order to the address above. If payment is not included with your order, your order will not be booked. We do not accept credit card, telephone, or internet orders.

Please review this before mailing your order.

1. Have I entered my name, mailing address, day and nighttime telephone numbers, and e-mail address on the order form? 2. Have I indicated my first preferred shipping date and indicated on the order form, ALL additional shipping dates that I would accept this shipment? 3. Have I checked breed availability on the website to make certain the breeds I want to order are available when I want them? 4. Have I indicated whether I will accept substitutions on the order form? 5. Have I included only poultry on this order form? (NO seeds, roots, bulblets, books, or sweet potatoes may be ordered on this form.) 6. Have I made additional copies of the order form to use if my order does not all fit on one page of the order form? (If additional pages are added, please put any shipping charges and the total on the first page of the order.) 7. Have I entered the quantity and name of each breed that I am ordering - making certain that my total order is in multiples of 25 chicks (or equivalent of that when one duck equals two chicks, etc.)? 8. Have I entered the cost per bird and entered the total cost for each breed on the order form? 9. Have I selected the shipping service that I have chosen (either Standard Priority or Express Mail service) and have I included the appropriate price for shipping on the order form? 10. Have I totaled the order, enclosed a check or money order for the entire amount (and kept a copy for my records) before mailing the order to Sand Hill Preservation Center?
