I will assume that you agree to the stated completion date unless I hear from you to the contrary. Any money due to you will be sent by cheque on the day of completion. The cheque will be made payable to the names stated by you on the initial questionnaire. You should liaise direct with your mortgage/financial adviser with regards to this point upon receipt of this letter. Upon completion I will write to confirm that we have completed. After completion has taken place National Westminster Home Loans Limited will immediately write to you to confirm that your account is open. They will inform you of when the first payment will be and how much it will be for.
