Ltd * Cancellation of banquet area - Function cancelled within 14 days to 30 days will forfeit 30% of the banquet charges. Functions cancelled within 14 days to 7 days prior to the date will forfeit 80% of the banquet. Functions cancelled within 7 days 100% of the expected banquet revenue would be charged. * EVOMA reserves the right to cancel the above booking in case of non payment of the above - mentioned advance, as per schedule. * Any decrease in the minimum guarantee of the guests availing the conference package would be subject to the increase in the package rates. * The balance payment needs to be made on the same day of the event. * EVOMA does not permit clients to use nails, scotch tape, pins to put up posters, banners on the panels/ walls/ doors of the banquet venues. No welcome signage or banner would be displayed in the lobby/ driveway or any other part of the hotel premise except inside the banquet venue. * EVOMA does not provide storage facilities other than rooms reserved by the client and will not accept liability for any damage incurred to the uncollected goods. All goods stored before the function will be at client's own risk. * EVOMA reserves the right to assign another room for the organised function in the event the area originally designated for such function is unavailable or inappropriate. * Should the event go beyond the stipulated finishing time, any cost incurred ensuring a smooth operation for the following function will be borne by you. * EVOMA will not accept any responsibility for damage or loss of the merchandise left in the Hotel prior to, during or after the function. Organizers should arrange their own insurance and/or security. * No food & beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the hotel for consumption at the function by the organiser or any other guests, invitees or persons attending the function, without prior consent of the hotel. * If the Hotel has reason to believe that a function will affect the smooth running of the Hotel business, its security or reputation, it reserves the right to cancel the function without liability. * All goods/display materials have to be entered from the hotel services gate under the supervision of our security personnel. *************************************
