IBMS
An Intelligent building is one which provides a productive and cost-effective environment through optimization of its four basic elements - structure systems, services and management - and structure, systems the interrelationships between them. The BMS at Reliance IDC performs the following general functions
FAS [ Fire Alarm System ] Access & CCTV[Closed Circuit Television ] FSS [ Fire Suppression System ] SS S S WLD [ Water Leakage Detector ] PA [ Public Addressing System] BMS [ Building management system]

Air is drawn into the Laser PLUS through a network of air sampling pipes by a high efficiency aspirator. Each inlet pipe has an airflow sensor that monitors airflow changes in the pipes. Air is exhausted from the laser plus maybe vented back into the protected zone. Inside the Laser Plus, a sample of air is passed into the laser detection chamber via a dualstage air filter. The first filtration stage removes dust and that from the air sample before entering laser detection Chamber for analysis. the second stage provides ultra fine air filtration to provide very clean air that is used to protect the optical surfaces inside the filt ti t id l i th t i dt t t th ti l f i id th detector from contamination
The Detection chamber uses a stable class1 laser light source and carefully positioned th ti t t f k t sensors t achieve the optimum response to a vast range of smoke types to hi The status of the Detector alarm service and false events are transmitted to displays and external systems via VESDAnet
Features
Wide sensitivity range (0.005 - 20% obscuration/m and 0.0015 - 6% obscuration/ft) Laser-based smoke detection covering 2000 m2 or 20,000 sq. ft 4 configurable alarm levels High efficiency aspirator Four inlet pipes Airflow supervisor per sampling pipe Clean air barrier optics protection Easy to replace air filter 7 programmable relays VESDAnet AutoLearn Referencing Event log Modular design Recessed mounting option
FSS [ Fire Suppression System ] FM-200 systems are used to suppress fires in specific hazards or equipment located where an electrically non conductive agent is required where agent non-conductive required, cleanup creates a problem, where extinguishing capability with low weight is a factor, and where the hazard is normally occupied.
FM-200 systems are intended to protect the following Data processing facilities Telecommunications facilities Process control rooms High value medical facilities High value industrial equipment areas Libraries, museums, art galleries Flammable liquid storage areas. FM-200 systems are designed to be suitable for the following classes of fire Class A Surface Type Fires Class B Class C wood or other cellulose-type material cellulose type flammable liquids energized electrical equipment.
For hazards beyond the scope described above, the designer must consult with NFPA 2001 on th suitability of FM 200 f th protection, necessary d i the it bilit f FM-200 for the t ti design concentration, t ti and personnel exposure effects from that concentration.
CASE1:
ANY 2 DETECTORS DETECT THE FIRE IN ANY SERVER HALL / TELCO ROOM i.e. CROSS ZONING COMPLETED
TIMER IN THE GAS RELEASE PANEL IS ACTIVATED FOR THE PRESET TIME OF 100 SECS
CASE2 CASE2:
IF DETECTOR DO NOT DETECT THE FIRE/SINGLE DETECTOR IN ALARM CONDITION DUE TO REAL FIRE
MANUAL INTERVENTION BY PRESSING THE GAS RELEASE MCP OF THAT SERVER ROOM/TELCO ROOM
TIMER IN THE GAS RELEASE PANEL IS ACTIVATED FOR THE PRESET TIME OF 100 SECS
CASE3:
IF DETECTOR DO NOT DETECT THE FIRE/SINGLE DETECTOR IN ALARM CONDITION DUE TO REAL FIRE
MANUAL INTERVENTION BY PRESSING THE GAS RELEASE MCP OF THAT SERVER ROOM/TELCO ROOM.
TIMER IN THE GAS RELEASE PANEL IS ACTIVATED FOR THE PRESET TIME OF 100 SECS
LOGIC
If required Evacuation Message to be delivered in all areas manually. Operator can select ALL ZONE/ Individual Zone switch from LBB 1956 manually & evacuation message would be delivered i all areas/require zone. b d li d in ll / i Embedded mike has highest priority; fire evacuation message can be override through this mike.
