The participants felt the YLIK Program 2011 was an exceptional program, shaping their future goals and personal development (2/2)
Im thankful for the rare opportunity to meet great leaders and public figures in Indonesia and this program has motivated me to be a great leader in Indonesia. (Laila, University of Indonesia)
Participating in YLI made me rethink and redefine my initial understanding about being a leader. Im now more equipped to be a leader and to contribute to my country. (Sayyidi, Padjadjaran University)
YLI Program provided practical problem-solving skill that is very useful for me, especially because I want to help solve conflicts and isolation issues in Aceh. (Fairuz, Syiah Kuala University) As a student from afar region, Jayapura, I really appreciate the level of exposure to new knowledge and experience that I attained from YLI Program. It has significantly helped me develop my qualities as a young leader. (Christie, Cendrawasih University) Before YLI, I was a self-centered high achiever, but now I am more open-minded, work in team better, more visionary, and more optimistic about my future. YLI is a turning point and such a mindset-changing event in my life (Agung, Paramadina University)
