Rules & Regulations

Eat, Sleep, Drink...Movies !
The Eat, Sleep, Drink...Movies ! is an annual international short film festival/event which is being
organized by F5 Media Labs for aspiring film makers and independent film makers across the Globe.
LEGAL IMPLICATIONS AND INFORMATION:
Short films that are submitted must be the applicants original work and shall not infringe on any
copyrights or any other rights of any third parties. Contestants agree that they have obtained all
required permissions regarding music, sound and/or images presented in your short movies or
trailers. By entering the Festival, the applicant agrees that the Company or Eat, Sleep, Drink...Movies
! will not be held liable for any copyright infringements perpetrated by you or your short
movies/videos. Eat, Sleep, Drink...Movies ! reserves the right to not screen any film(s) for any reason
it deems valid. Racial, religious and regional discrimination shall not be portrayed in any part of the
film being submitted. The Applicants may also run the risk of being prosecuted as per the Indian
Criminal Procedure Code and the Indian Media Law for any offence or infringement. All the legal
issues, if any, shall be under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad Subordinate and High Courts only.
Applicants will retain all ownership rights to their films submitted.
Entry materials or the entry fee submitted shall not be returned to the applicant. Eat, Sleep,
Drink....Movies ! is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, postage due, stolen, or
misappropriated entries.
Winners are selected by a Panel of Judges comprising popular film personalities and tecnicians. Their
decision will be final and any descrepencies are not entertained regarding the final awards and
winners.
Winners will be announced during the closing ceremony of the festival. Finalists will be notified by
email or through telephone and will also be listed on the Eatsleepdrink.in website. Eat, Sleep,
Drink...Movies ! will use its best efforts to announce the winners at the designated time, but will not be
held liable for any unforeseen delays.
By entering the event Eat, Sleep, Drink...Movies !, contestants and/or their parents or legal guardian
(if such Applicant is a minor) agree to accept and be bound by the decisions of the Festival and its
judges which are final and binding in all matters. Applicant agrees to be bound by all terms of these
official Festival rules and regulations as established herein. Employees, their families, subsidiaries
and affiliates are not eligible. The F5 Media Labs or Eat, Sleep, Drink...Movies ! reserves the right to
extend the Festival deadline for any unforeseen reasons if needed. Entry constitutes permission to
use winner's name, likeness, voice or video for future promotional purposes of this event or any other
event organized by F5 Media Labs.
