Mohamed Hamdhan 10A CT Evaluate Investigate Stage Compared to term 1, I believe my investigate stage was significantly better however

I still did not achieve the highest grade. Last time I was told to give more input so this time I gave my say on the research and what I think throughout the investigate, however, despite me adding more this time, I once again missed some key points e.g. I did not mention my client in the problem description and I could have added more detail to the design brief. Anyway, now that I have feedback from two terms, I will combine it for term 3 and I aim to produce superb quality investigate stage. Next time I will add more detail to the methods of testing and further describe the problem including who the client is. Design Stage I did quite well in this stage and my designs were quite good, however, in my checklist, my grading system was not very effective and next time I will include a checklist where the ticks will be counted for each design and then categorized: e.g. 5/5 ticks would be good and 2/5 ticks would be poor and this checklist will make choosing the final design easier (2 vs. 5 points). Next time I could conduct a survey which will ask people which design they think is better and this will aid my final design choice. A survey would be helpful as I will be able to get the views and be able to look at things from the publics point of view and not just my own which will enable me to find better suited designs which agree with me and the survey. Plan Stage I always excel in this stage but this time. It turns out that the Gantt chart did not work for me at all as the Gantt chart was slightly complex and meant the examiner had some difficulty understanding things like milestones which hindered the clarity of the plan. Furthermore, the production plan (table) was a bit too vague and next time, I will not give 7 hours but give an hour by hour breakdown where I will say what I will do during every single minute (e.g. 10 minutes for printing) as this will help me better manage my time. I was able to follow the plan and I always reached the milestones on the correct days. Create This is the stage where all the previous stages play a huge part. The create stage went quite well for me and for once I followed the plan and was able to finish on time. An obstacle I had was that my client delayed getting some information to me but that was sorted but during the due days, I had to find a different method of printing as my printer had been out of ink for weeks; so it took a few days to get my printing code, put money in the account and finally print, but it was all worth it and the heat rolled ink gave the cover a slightly glossy appearance which is waterproof too extending the life of the book. My aim from the start of the unit was to produce a book that has everything you need to know about water polo and will allow a complete newbie to read the book once, get in the pool and actively engage himself/herself in a game of water polo and I my book is very well suited for beginners as I have expressed information in very basic and brief but are clear and concise. At the current moment, I cannot know if my book has had an impact because water polo club is full right now so those who want to play will have to try next term. However, I do know that some have been persuaded by the book and really like water polos offers. If I were to do this again, I would make the book A5, add better quality photos and print it on glossy paper to give superb aesthetics. I would also use a more advanced software to expand my knowledge.

Impact of the product on the world Water polo is a game which is very healthy and increases levels of fitness, endurance, stamina and strength. Water games are also good for asthmatics. Water polo promotes healthy blood circulation around the body in the long term and short term. Water polo increases heart rate. This means that members of society will be able to lead better (healthier and fitter) lives. This will increase productivity of citizens as they need not spend time exercising at a later stage in their lives as they would have already made their body healthy and fit by the time they are young adults through the playing of water polo (t saves time. Productivity increases as citizens can work instead of spending time going to gym or visiting the hospital because of health issues caused by lack of exercise at adolescence). Gives students/teenagers a great way to have fun and relax from studies yet it is healthy for them.
