CONDITIONS:
1) Tenant shall not transfer the tenancy to any person or entity under any circumstances.
2) The contract is valid up to the date stipulated herein, after which this contract is considered null or void. 3) If the tenant wishes to cancel the tenancy agreement before the expiry date, he/she has to notify the owner (or representative) at least 60 days before vacating. 4) It is the responsibility of the tenant to pay and settle the cost of water and electricity consumed in a monthly basis meter reading. 5) Unauthorized modifications of the internal and external building structures are not permitted. 6) The owner (or representative) may conduct physical building and premise maintenance inspection periodically at his/her discretion and shall not require permission from the tenant. 7) Any building damage shall be reported immediately to the landlord (or representative) and cost of repair shall be borne by the tenant. Only repairs normal wear and tear will be borne by the owner. 8) No illegal materials (e.g. contrabands drugs and weapons) and unsolicited activities are not allowed within the premises of the house. Tenant is held liable and responsible for the actions of all the individuals allowed inside his/her house including visitors. 9) Tenant who will be away for more than 2 months should inform the owner in advance and rent due if any, should be settled before the date of departure and both parties shall agree the return date.

10)Tenant contravening to any set for under this contract, the owner (or representative) has the legal right to reject or evict the tenant from the premises and constitute for the cessation of this contract.

11) Payment should be in cash 1 month Advance and 2 months Deposit. Non-refundable.
