RESULTS In the conducted survey, the researchers gathered 20 respondents, students from the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management. The group decided to conduct a survey of 10 male respondents and 10 female respondents. Below is the result of the conducted survey. Table 1

In the 20 respondents from CHTM, 55 % of them have 1-2 TV sets in their house, while 25% who have 2-3 sets of TV, and 20% who said that there is more than 3 TV sets in their home.

Followed by question 2, the researchers asked the respondents if they are alone or have members in watching TV. 20% of the respondents answered that they watch alone. The majority of them said that they are watching with 2 or 3 of their family members (55%). Other 20% are watching TV with many members, like more than 3 people.

Majority of the respondents are watching TV in the evening (70%) . They have all the same reason; it is because of their classes. Their classes end mostly in the evening, so therefore they have time to watch TV only in the evening. Some of the respondents said that they are also watching TV till am (midnight). 15% of them are watching TV in the morning, because they dont have morning classes. The other respondents answered, that they are watching TV in the afternoon, after they got home from school, or before they go to school (15%). Figure 1

In this figure 1 shows that among the 20 respondents the male respondents are mostly like to watch in the evening with 80%, followed by the female also likes to watch in the evening with 60%.

The researchers showed different genres/ types of the programs they usually like to watch. The most favourite types of the programs is comedy that gain (40%) then followed by news and drama shows (20%). In variety shows gained (15%) and (0%) of the respondents dont watch documentary and ( 5% ) for others, which they specified as cartoons.

In this figure shows that majority who likes watching comedy is the male respondents with 40% and the female respondents with 35%.

Related to the researchers problem, the respondents were asked if they know the TV show BUBBLE GANG, and all of them answered that they know it.

The show BUBBLE GANG is aired only on every Friday at 10.30pm to 12 midnight. Therefore the respondents were asked if they watch the show on every Friday. 40% of the respondents said that they watch the show and 60% who said that sometimes they dont get the chance to watch the show every Friday.

In this figure shows that 50% of the male respondents said that they watch BUBBLE GANG every Friday and about 70% of the female respondent who said that they dont watch the show.

Figure 4 shows that most of the male respondents watch BOY PICK-UP with 70% while 50% of the female respondents who said that they also watch the segment.

If they know the show BUBBLE GANG and BOYS PICK-UP, they might also have a favorite cast, which might be a reason that they watch the show. 10 of 20 respondents chose Ogie Alcasid as their favorite cast (50%). The other respondents chose Sam Pinto (15%) and Michael V. (25%). And only 10% who answered dont have a favourite among the casts of BOY PICK-UP

Majority of the respondents (65%) like the segment BOY PICK-UP. While 35% among the 20 respondents answered that they dont like watching BOY PICK-UP.

In figure 5 shows that majority of the respondents mostly male like the show BOY PICK-UP (80%) while 20% who dislike the show. In female respondents half of them dislike and half of them like watching the segment.

Analysis of Audience Research The problem of the topic is, Why THE 20 RESPONDENTS DO LIKE OR DISLIKE WATCHING BOY PICK-UP IN THE TV SITCOM BUBBLE GANG. The aims of this research have 3 objectives: to determine the level of interest of the 20 respondents in watching BOY PICK-UP in the TV sitcom Bubble Gang, to determine the factors of the respondents for liking or disliking the BOY PICK-UP segment in Bubble Gang and to determine the demographic background of the 20 respondents in relation to liking or disliking BOY PICK-UP. The researchers decided to let 20 respondents to answer the questions, 10 female respondents and 10 male respondents from the CHTM students. The researchers found out that there are different answers; the female respondents are more on disliking watching the show. Unlike the female respondents, the male respondents enjoy watching BOY PICK-UP. There are no many reasons why the intent watching or dislike watching: the female respondents specified the reason, that the show is aired too late, therefore they cant watch it and they dislike watching. The male respondents enjoy the show and think it changes peoples mood; therefore most of the male respondents like watching BOY PICKUP. Less than 3 male respondents stated that they rather watch other program, than watch BOY PICKUP show. It also shown that the respondents who watch the show is between the ages of 15-19 (65%) and between the ages of 20-34 (35%).
