The probation period is going to be 3 months after which your status would be reviewed. Your place of work shall be at merit cables TM Head-Office Lahore. However the company shall have the right to transfer you from time to time to any other location in Pakistan in connection with your official assignments. You shall devote your full time and attention to your duties, and shall exert your best efforts to promote the interests of the company and shall not directly or indirectly engage in any other job, occupation or profession of any nature whatsoever. If either of the two parties i.e. merit cables TM or You wish to discontinue association in the future, a one-month prior notice would be required. In case of failure in producing advance notice, Due payment shall be deducted from your account. Whenever you receive the cash, advance payment or payment in kind, you have to pay on the same date to the Head Office. You agree to keep all the company information, communication and documents strictly confidential at all times whether you remain an employee or not. You cant use the company resources for your personal benefit.

At the companys request or upon termination you will be responsible to return in good condition all the companys property, which may be in your use, custody, care or charge.

The company has the right to deduct the monetary value of all such things from your dues and take such other action, as the company deems proper in the event of your failure to account for such property including the rights to contact your future employers for recovery. Incase you are found guilty of any act of negligence, in subordinating, failure to observe safety regulation, misconduct or being absent with out any prior permission or committing breach of the terms of this Agreement, you shall be liable to disciplinary action, which may result in your dismissal in accordance with the law.
