It addresses inefficiencies in manual local processes that consolidate the data from multiple sources. The scope of the new solution encompasses Sales/Prospect, Credit Approval, Collateral, Docs & Close, Early Warning, and Portfolio Management. The benefit of this project will be a significant reduction in manual data gathering, improved data mining,analysis capabilities, improved Portfolio, Risk MIS and Early Warning reporting capabilities.
