B-school educational Society (IES) is a dream comes true of a group of like-minded experienced professionals who had the idea of providing value-based quality education as a tool to bring social change through the development of better human beings, empowered with ethical values, social awareness and leadership qualities. The success of an organization depends upon the ability of its Management to stay on top of the ever-changing business environment. Management Institutes are instrumental in preparing and grooming young professionals to step into Management roles. Interestingly, in the Indian context, an MBA degree is deemed essential at the beginning of ones career, whereas in developed countries it is an option chosen by a few after they have learnt their basic skills in the real world of business. Research undertaken by the Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy reveals that there are 1,125 companies in India, each with a turnover in excess of Rs. 100 Crore. At present, in India, the demand for MBAs is estimated to be about 1, 30,000, which is likely to increase keeping in mind the growth rate of the Indian GDP. Ironically, a majority of B-School graduates are unable to translate this opportunity into an advantage. According to a survey by Research on the knowledge services market, only half of the 84,000 graduates from AICTE- approved Tier ll business schools can be classified as fit to work in quality-conscious and competitive Indian and international companies." In contrast to the number of B-Schools cropping up across the nation, only a handful are able to impart the required skills to their students. This results in widening an already existing gap

of 65% between the demand and supply of qualified MBAs. These figures prove that competition for qualified MBAs in the corporate world is only going one way - UP! There is a need today for B-Schools that are not only in touch with the real world but abreast of the pace of change.
