development, educational and capacity building programs. _______________________________________________________________________________________ Post title: Skills Development Officer Department: Skills Development Location: Regional Office Rawalpindi Report to: Regional Program Manager Contract Period: Open ended based on performance _______________________________________________________________________________________ Job Purpose: The incumbent would be responsible to plan and carry out all activities related to Skills Development program. She/he will plan and implement the training program, strengthen the linkages with relevant stakeholders including Hashoo group hotels. She/he will develop and maintain data bases on all the projects and programs operational under Skills Department Program. Main Duties and Responsibilities: The incumbent is responsible to plan and implement training programs under the Skills Development program at the region. Manage and conduct training orientation sessions and develop its materials including training schedule and work plan. Monitors skills development trainings and coordinate with resource persons/ facilitators. Monitor and manage the training staff & volunteers to produce maximum result and develop a professional pool for visiting instructors and volunteers. Strengthen the linkages with stake holders including Hashoo group hotels. Develop questionnaires/forms and format for regular data collection aimed at efficient monitoring and effective implementation of projects and programs. Collect data through field offices by conducting various baseline and feed back surveys from the trainees, beneficiaries and/or other stakeholders Conduct meeting with skills development Program staff, develop action plans, manage follow ups and disseminate information to related stakeholders. Ensure development of daily, weekly and monthly work plans and curriculum/course content break-up of each course topic. Assure timely reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual both qualitative & quantitative & need based)

Required Competencies: Masters in Social/Management Science or related discipline from a recognized university At least 3 years of relevant experience Experience of working with NGOs/Research Institutions in the related field Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office) as well as knowledge of SPSS/MS Project, etc Excellent report writing and presentation skills are must Strong verbal and written English communication skills Sound judgment, flexibility, adaptability and cultural & gender sensitivity
