So it shows that how you speak, how the other person listen & understand, how he does. So it depend on both site that how the speaker says & how the listener understand and do it. Why we communicate? Just because to sell our self or product, send our message, express our feelings, increase our market value etc... Communication start with your name so its more important that how you speak your name:When we speak our name it is more important that the person who listening you must remember your name. So speak your name with confidence & take pause after saying your name. Best example of name in Hollywood is James Bond, the way he speaks like Bond... James Bond, And in Bollywood- Prem Chopra ! Business communication is skill:How you express your word is more important, there is various way to speak any word & it is more important that which way you are speak. Exp. Saying I love you. How you read & understand is also more important. The way you read & the way you understand there is big difference between this. Exp. Coca cola add in Saudi & in India. Ability to listen is also an important thing in communication. If you want to be a good speaker first you have to be a good listener. The more you listen the more you can speak effectively.

Communication process:o Primary technique Build a repo and relation with whom you are talking. Understand the value with whom you communicate. Speak what others like to listen Communicate positively never use negative components Using K-I-S-S formula (keep it short & simple), always try to make your communication short & simple thus any one can get understand it easily & effectively. Be a good listener Exp. Activity of two pair, one is speaking & one is listening only.

Listening to the customer:It is process like B:-believe in the customer L:-listen them actively A:-apologize S:-satisfy T:-thank

So blasting your customers by above process & it can help you to make more effective communication with your customers.

Failure in business communication:Person sending wrong message Message is badly unclear Sending by wrong channel

Overcome from the barriers:o Org. Action Appreciate the every person who give the feedbacks Create climate of openness o Individual action Do active listening Careful wording of message
