P&G has planned to move all the reporting applications to SAP-BO. So all the existing reports have been recreated from the scratch in BOXIR3.1. This development work has been outsourced to other companies and HP is handling few applications. The application team has been setup by HP team for providing the production application support for all the applications.
Responsibilities: Involved in Knowledge transitions conducted by the development team. Provided production support to the project in order to resolve the production level issues. Used HP service manager tool tracking the production issues raised by the users. Resolved the data related issues in production reports. Have involved in scheduling the reports and for supporting the users while instances got failed. Have involved in resolving the performance issue facing by the users while accessing the productions reports. Involved in enhancement of universes as per the new requirements.
