Program Content Camp Business Basics (fondly referred to as "Camp BB") offers young entrepreneurs a unique camping experience. Students have the opportunity to create and market their own product and business while learning business basics including creating new ideas, understanding cost factors, marketing strategies, selling products, working in a business and team environment. Business leaders deliver presentations as guest speakers. Local business tours for the students on a weekly base and volunteerism is explored through local community initiatives. A Business of Our Own program is a series of three lessons presented in the classroom by a volunteer from a business background. The students will plan and organize the sale of merchandise at a class "Sales Stand". The students will have the opportunity to learn hands on how a business runs, promote their activities and set prices. In addition, students will learn planning and work skills that will help them in their personal lives as well as business language and math skills. EFS encourages students to reflect on the advantages of remaining in school to acquire the knowledge and skills needed for long-term success. Students develop a positive attitude toward education while recognizing the personal and economic costs of living on their own. Students practice interviewing for jobs.

1 full day JA Dollars with Sense is an interactive program designed to encourage students to develop the financial literacy necessary to make informed decisions about their financial futures. Students learn about budgeting, money management and investments. Help students assess their own strengths and abilities, and build a vision and plan for their future. It stresses the importance of character, integrity and hard work. This program fosters entrepreneurial spirit and helps students select and operate their own company with the help of a volunteer. Students establish goals, raise capital, prepare a business plan, manufacture a product or service and develop marketing and sales strategies. Key learning areas include communication, problem solving, team building, time management and basic financial accounting.

This program fosters entrepreneurial spirit and helps students select and operate their own company with the help of a volunteer. Students establish goals, raise capital prepare a business plan, manufacture a product or service, develop marketing and sales strategies, liquidate the company, distribute dividends and issue a shareholders report. Key learning areas include communication, problem solving, team building, time management and basic financial accounting. The students work with a group of volunteer consultants in a specific company. JA Titan is an interactive web-based business simulation where high school students compete as companies in a fictitious market. A realistic simulation, JA Titan challenges students to navigate the dynamic changes of our technology-driven global marketplace. Students act as CEO's and discover the many triumphs and challenges faced by senior management. Students plan and execute each aspect of a virtual company's strategy, decision making, pricing, production, marketing, capital investment, research and development.
