Ayodhya Verdict
Historical Facts
It is a dispute that dates back to before the first battle of independence of India. The first clashes between Hindus and Muslims in the Babri masjid was held in 1853, when Wajid Ali Shah was still the Nawab of Awadh, he managed to resolve the conflict without any loss of life over three decades later, in 1855, Raghubar Das who claimed to be the mahant janmsthan authorization needed to build a temple on chabootra Ram. The final decision was rendered by a district judge, Faizabad which he discovered that mosque was built by Emperor Babar, stands on the border of Ayodhya. It is a very unfortunate that a masjid should have been built on land specially held sacred by Hindus. Das has filed a complaint with the Judicial commissioner for Oudh (Awadh then we called) W. Young, who has already refused his plea. Thus, the first series of judicial decisions in favor of conversation of the mosque where he stood. The matter then lay dormant and the status quo remained intact over the next six decades. Then the night intervening December 21 to 22, 1949, god Ram mysteriously appeared in the mosque. PM Jawaharlal Nehru, wanted idols will be removed, but the district magistrate and KK Nayar, law and order breaks citing possible, expressed his inability to do so. In 1950, a local resident named Gopal Singh Visharad, filed a complaint in the civil courts require a direction that allows it to offer prayers in the mosque where the idols were installed.1 In 1992, Babri mosque was demolished by Karsevaks. Communal riots across India followed.

Issues
These are the main issues raised before the court:

1. Whether the disputed site is the birth place of Bhagwan Ram? 2. Whether the disputed building was a mosque? When was it built? By whom? 3. Whether the mosque was built after demolishing a Hindu temple? 4. Whether the idols were placed in the building on the night of 22/23rd December, 1949? 5. Whether any of the claims for title is time barred? 6. What will be the status of the disputed site e.g. inner and outer courtyard?

Each of three judges for Ayodhya had given separate judgments in the case. The judges have also said that the status quo should be maintained at the site for three months. y The land shall be split into 3 parts among Hindus and Muslims and that the place where the makeshift temple of Lord Ram exists belongs to Hindus. The total area was 2.7 hectares. The disputed site is the birthplace of Lord Ram and that the portion below the central dome under which idols are placed is allotted to Hindus. The inner courtyard of Ayodhya belongs to both communities. The division of the land of Ayodhya should begin in three months. The court had observed that the building was not used by Muslims to offer prayers. The court dismissed the suit filed by the Sunni Waqf board. Nirmohi Akhara would get the Ram chabootra and Sita Raso.

Ayodhya, Lord Ramas birthplace, and well its now a Supreme Court case, a mosque and a temple now in race, just hope it doesnt get the country a disgrace. Babri masjid built by Mughals in the 16th century was now destroyed in 1990, Thanks to our politicians. A riot broke out with over 2000 human life take out; everyone got a piece of each other at least now for some peace, time out. The country doesnt care temple or mosques its all fair, but politicians spark it every time, blowing fire into peoples mind.
