Statement of Amit S/O Rajbir Caste Jat resident of Kalwa aged 17 years. Stated that I am resident of above address. I had appeared in examination of 10+2. On 18.04.2009 I alongwith my father had gone to Chandigarh to appear in N.D.A. examination. We returned to home in the morning of 20.04.2009. My mother Kela Devi had informed to me and my father. That on 19.04.2009 I was threshing wheat in her garage in her house. Then Jasbir, Rana sons of Pala and Sonia daughter of Pala caste Jat resident of above came to her house and lodged a protest as to why you are threshing wheat here as waste material was being deposited in the street. I said I would clean it. On saying this Jasbir Rana and Sonia slapped her. On coming the people from neighbourhood and understood by them they went to their home. He gave blame of slapping my mother to Pala son of Surja Jat resident of above. After some time on

20.04.09 at about 12-00 Oclock we were present in our house. Hoshiar Singh son of Surja armed with jaili,Bhateri wife of Hoshiar Singh armed with Danda, Pala son of Surja armed with gandasa,Rana and Jasbir above armed with gandasa and spade, Sushma and Sonia daughters of Pala armed with iron rod, wife of Pala with brick bat caste Jat resident of above, with common object came in our house and attacked on us with an intention to kill us. Pala gave a lalkara and asked others to teach Amit and Rajbir a lesson for threshing wheat in the street and lodging protest. I was standing in the verandha(ANGAN) in the house. Rana having a gandasa in his hand gave blow on my head . Pala gave gandasa blow on my right cheek. I raised alarm MAR DIA MAR DIAand rushed towards street from the house, where I was way laid by all above said persons and womens near the house of Hazari in the street. Sushma inflicted rod blow on my head . I fell on the ground . Jasbir gave to blows of spade on my right hand.Wife of Pala inflicted brick bat blow on my shoulders. Bhateri had succumbed many injuries on my back with danda. During this time my father came to rescue me on the spot.But the above persons had attacked on my father with intention to kill him and caused injuries on his head and neck and another part of body. We both fell unconscious. When I regained unconsciousness we were in General Hospital,Jind. My father was unconscious.Because of vast injuries to us, Doctor Sahab had referred us to PGIMS Rohtak. My father was admitted in P.G.I. Then our relative come to P.G.I. Due to seriousness of my father,I and my father was admitted to Jaipur Golden Hospital,Delhi. I was conscious. Condition of my father was still serious. Hoshiar Singh,Pala, Rana,Jasbir, Sushma,Sonia,Bhateri and wife of Pala residents of above with common objects had inflicted injuries with common intention to kill us.Legal action be taken against the above persons. You had recorded my statement,heard and understood which is correct. Our life still is in danger from the above mentioned persons. alongwith C.Sachin Kumar 904 was present near District Jail,Jind,for Govt.work.A telephonic message had been received on the mobile of ASI from MHC,Pillukhera that Amit son of Rajbir and Rajbir son of Surat Singh residents of Kalwa was admitted in G.H.Jind due to quarrel. Requisite action be taken. Ruqa doctor be obtained from P.P.G.H.Jind. I ASI alongwith companion constable reached to P.P.G.H.Jind. After obtaining the ruqa doctor and M.L.Rs of Amit and Rajbir, one application for recording the statement of injured were written and doctor sahab had given his opinion wherein doctor sahab had recorded that Amit or Rajbir had been referred to PGIMS,Rohtak.I, alongwith companion constable reached to PGIMS,Rohtak,opinion ofdoctor sahab was recorded for recording the statement of injured. Doctor sahab had declared Rajbir to unfit to give his statement and recorded that Amit was not admitted. Due to unsuitable time I,ASI alongwith companion constable stayed in night in PGIMS,Rohtak .

20/21.04.09 in the night a telephonic message was received on the mobile of ASI from MHC,P.S.Pillukhera that Rajbir and Amit who was admitted in PGIMS,Rohtak had been admitted in Jaipur Golden Hospital,Rohini medical paper be collected from P.S.Sector 3 Rohini,New Delhi. Today in the morning I,ASI alongwith companion constable after collecting MLC No.9346of Amit and MLC No.9340 of Rajbir from police station sector No.3 Rohini New Delhi reached to Jaipur Golden Hospital,Sector No.3 New Delhi.A application was written to doctor sahab for giving his opinion for recording the statement of injured. Doctor sahab declared Rajbir unfit to make his statement and Amit was fit to make his statement. Statement of Amit above was recorded, which was read over and explained to him who after admitting it as correct had put his signatures in English which I attested. Doctor sahab had described total six injuries sharp edged in MLR No.BNK/JD/19/09 dated 20.04.09 of injured Amit. Which were advised x-ray. Doctor sahab had described 4 injuries sharp edged in MLR NoBNK/JD/20/09 dated 20.04.09 of Rajbir. Injury No.3 was simple and injuries No.1 to 4 was advised x-ray. According to statement of Amit and MLR No.BNK/JD/19/09 and MLR No.BNK/JD/20/09

of Rajbir offence u/s 324/452/307/148/149 IPC is found to have been committed. Hence original writing is being sent to the police station for registration of the case through C.Sachin Kumar No.904. After registration of the case its case number be intimated. I,ASI proceeded to the spot for investigation. From Police Station:-On receipt of the above writing at the police station case under above section was registered in police station. Copies of FIR were prepared which are being sent to the officer concerned through post. Copy of police file alongwith original writing is being sent to the I.O at the spot through coming constable.
