Taking on new roles
As of January 1st, We have taken on the responsibility of overseeing all of the Critical Services departments. This includes: Kitchen, Auto Shop, Facilities, Communications, IT, and 100 Fold Studio. We are very honored to be given the new responsibility. With the new roles, we make sure that the sta in those departments are doing well, spiritually as well as in their jobs and every day life. We also have to make sure that they have enough students and sta to keep their departments running smoothly. We currently have about 25 sta in our circle which is the 6 departments. Its a large circle and is continuing to grow. We are really enjoying being able to invest in the sta and students and to be apart of their career discipleship. Its denitely a little more work then we thought it would be, but we are really enjoying it.

Calendar of events
A large part of what we do here at YWAM is we run the VWAP program. What is VWAP? Vacation With A Purpose! We host work teams that come from all over the US. Church groups and families come for a week and invest their time and skills to help improve our campus so that we can continue to have all the schools and programs running. Without the help of those who come, we wouldnt be able to accommodate as many students and sta. We are looking forward to one of our busiest summers ever. With 9 work teams, consisting of over 300 people, its going to be a crazy summer. Our biggest project will be to replace the heat and windows in the sta dorm. We will also install new siding on the dorm as well as the cafeteria. There are also many smaller projects to be done throughout the summer. Please pray for those who come, that they would get a glimpse of world missions and that they would be blessed by being here. We are also praying for more help for us this summer, as it is a very large job, we really need a few more committed people to help us. We have just sent outreach teams to Argentina, Uganda, and Thailand. Please pray for their safety as well as for those who will be hearing the Gospel for the rst time.

Financial Update
Our family is solely supported by the generosity of those who so willingly give towards our ministry here at YWAM Montana. We are so grateful for the prayer supporters as well as the nancial supporters. Currently, our monthly support is at about 60% of our budgeted expenses.
