Purpose Use this procedure to create or change a service entry sheet. Trigger Perform this procedure when a service has been completed. Perform this procedure when circumstances require changes to an existing service entry sheet. Prerequisites If this is a new service entry sheet, you must know the purchase order number for which the services have been completed. If this is a change to an existing service entry sheet, you must know the service entry sheet number.

If the purchase order has multiple line items, specify the desired line item number in the unlabeled field to the right of the Purchase order field.
