Four Points Associates Corvallis, OR and San Antonio, TX 2011-current Owners Rep / Senior Project Manager/ I do work for a variety of clients as a consultant relating to their various construction needs. I advise on A&E selection, construction scheduling and Change Order and Bid pricing. Good Samaritan Hospital Corvallis, OR 2008-2011 Construction Project Manager My roles included being the Hospitals construction inspector and manager of all the Hospitals relations with the general contractor and the A&E team. I made sure the staffs interests were included in planning and final design and approved all pay requests from the contractor and the architects. This included the negotiation of Change Order costs and schedule changes. I advised Admin on value engineering decisions and dispute resolution / negotiation.
