March 28, 2012 <<Name>>, Co Clerk/Registrar of Voters <<Address>>, <<Suite>> <<City>>, CA <Zip>> Dear <<Name>>: This letter is to inform you that I am beginning the PRE-RECALL part of my campaign to recall you as the County Registrar of Voters. I shall immediately begin looking for the necessary number of proponents to sign the required NOTICE OF INTENTION as per CA Election Code 11006. At the present time I do not have the necessary amount of signatures to begin this endeavor. You should be well aware of the millions of citizen complaints regarding the lack of proper vetting of candidates that appear on California ballots. Candidates like John McCain, Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum and especially Barack Obama (or whatever name he goes by) have Presidential candidate qualification questions that have not been addressed. All Election Officials claim they have no ministerial duty to vet Presidential candidates or responded properly to our complaints when there is a question of the qualification of a particular candidate. So, for your edification, I have attached a copy of the NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CIRCULATE RECALL PETITION that I will be circulating to hopefully gain the signatures needed to start the recall drive. Please dont take this personally. I also plan, as a candidate of the Office of the President of the United States to begin a recall campaign of all 58 County Voter Registrars of California, as well as the Governor, Attorney General and the Secretary of State of California. It is a felony for any public official to refuse to take a criminal report from a citizen and then refuse to turn any criminal complaints over to an appropriate law enforcement agency. Election Code 18500. Any person who commits fraud or attempts to commit fraud, and any person who aids or abets fraud or attempts to aid or abet fraud, in connection with any vote cast, to be cast, or attempted to be cast, is guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment for 16 months or two or three years. I will be hiring crews in each county to gather signatures to recall each and every Voter of Registrar in California. I may not be successful in all or any of the counties, but I will definitely have the eyes of the world watching in amazement at what an outraged citizen can do when he feels like his precious Constitution is being trampled upon. Consider this an official felony complaint against the present incumbent of the White House. Please let me know if you can get immediate court action and the promise of local law enforcement and local district attorney to investigate my/our criminal complaints especially regarding Barry Soetoro (aka Barack Hussein Obama), (aka Bari M. Shabazz), (aka Harrison J Bounel) else I will take this matter to the people and attempt to recall you as your counties local elections official.
