hen you are feeling down, the easiest way to lift your spirits is to take a Rainbow Bath. Wrap a long filament light in strong rainbow-coloured transparent paper. The colours on it should be red, orange, yellow, green, blue, lilac, and purple. In a darkened room, turn on this specially prepared light and sit under it for about ten minutes. Visualize the coloured light beams shining down on you and entering your body through your crown chakra, at the top of your head. It helps if you are relaxed and calm and able to see the lights entering your head as streams of colour. In your mind, differentiate between each of the colours and focus on the meanings, which are listed in the box below. When you have focused on each of the individual colours, visualize all seven of them fusing into a single colour - a dazzling white light. Do this by picturing the colours twirling and turning very fast until they merge into a single colour. This white light is very powerful in bringing back confidence and love into your consciousness.
