1. What are the topics that have been learned during microteaching class During the microteaching class I have learned many things how to be a good teacher. It was started from knowing the concepts, attitudes that a teacher should have, and practicing the skills in front of the class. It was not an easy job to performed in front of students and taught them from zero till they have knowledge in their mind. It was begun by learning how to be a professional teacher. We should know the real meaning of professional teacher and what a professional teacher do for their job. To be a professional teacher we have to reach a standard and qualify some requirements. It is not only how to completed certificates but the most important thing is what action a teacher should choose and take to make their students have progress and success during teaching and learning process. To achieve it, a teacher should have some skills includes questioning skill, giving reinforcement, making variations, explaining skill, opening and closing lesson, guiding small group discussion, classroom management and teaching small group and individual. In questioning skill, a teacher stimulates the students to construct their own knowledge by giving guidance. This skill can improve reasoning and communication of students. Reinforcement skill is used to motivate students to have willingness in learning and having courage to share their idea without worrying whether true or false. Making variations is used to create good atmosphere during the learning process. A teacher should be flexible to the condition of class, so students will feel comfortable and enjoy the class. In explaining skill, a teacher is expected to deliver the knowledge so that students can understand what teacher tried to explain. This skill demands teacher to master the matter which will be learned. Then opening skill is used to prepare students readiness before beginning learning process while closing skill is used to make sure that students completely understand at the end of learning process. The last, classroom management, is used to manage the class in order to make the class is under control still during teaching and learning process. Beside knowledge (affective) and skill (psychomotor) above, a teacher is expected to have good personalities and attitudes too because teacher is a model for their students. Most of students copied what their teacher did since young people have

big curiosity and learned from their surroundings. In simple words, teacher gives big rules in giving influence to their students characters.

2. What are the topics that have been mastered Since this teaching practice is the first time for me, I have given many efforts in it. I have tried to implement all skills which learned before. I am sure that I still have many lacks everywhere because to be good in teaching needs times and experiences. Among all skills, I am better at giving reinforcement and making variations because I can interacted with students casually and built fun atmosphere, so the students were not going bored during the learning process. But, it was incomparable to the experienced teacher of course.

3. What are the difficulties during this semester During this semester, I faced some difficulties in making good lesson plan then the time that I set for practicing often overlapped. It means when I set the time was for 20 minutes then when practicing always more than 20 minutes. It impacted the activities which had been planned on the lesson plan. Beside that, I often got nervous before my performance that could make the performances were not optimal. Sometimes what I have prepared in my mind was lost after standing in front of the class. Of course this is not easy task for me since it is my first teaching practice. Shortly, I still need much practice in the future.

4. What are the efforts that have been done to overcome the difficulties To overcome the difficulties I have, for example in making good lesson plan, I always tried to do my best in it then asked suggestions from my friends which part not good enough then revised it if it was needed. Then when practicing time, I tried to do all activities according to the lesson plan which has been made. So by following the plots it will reduce overlapping time, but I think it is difficult to verify the time because in real teaching there were always unexpected events whether it is from students or teacher him/herself. To overcome my nervousness, I tried to always think that I have to give my best for everything I do. I read and learned again the matter and lesson plan in the last minute. The most important for me, I have given all for this microteaching class though sometimes stressed us but when I came to the class and following all activities during the class, it was fun actually and I enjoyed it all.
