We suggest, 5KVA UPS would suffice the requirment and the specs for same should be replaced. The specs seem to be more of a Higher Capacity UPS with features like Rack Mountable, 6U etc. The Specifications shuld be changed accordingly based on the 5KVA Features. Need more clarity on the Testing Procedure and Specifications. This is because as per the specs there are many features covered, which cannot be individually tested for each device. This clause suggest that we need to provide training to mentioned users on the change/upgrade of the new Version of Software. But his in itself would be a tedious task, moreover the Application part is under the scope of work for the application Consultant. Please remove the same or mention it under scope or work of application Vendor. These Backup functionalities can be achieved by using a High End Backup Software, which is not included in the Solution. Please include the Specifications of the Backup Software as per the desired functionalities. All the functionalities mentioned under this clause can ONLY be achieved using a Agents based Backup Software Package. As of now on Backup Software Package is included in the Solution. Moreover the by default backup software option with LTO Drive is a Temporary Solution and cannot provide functionalities such as scheduling backups etc. Please include the Specifications of the Backup Software as per the desired functionalities.

Currently the clause is OEM specific IEEE 802.3ah is old terminology which is used in ethernet switches which used the fast ethernet ports for uplink.
