The unique Fusion Novatank collapsible water tank system has been engineered using the latest CAE (Computer assisted Engineering) and physically tested to achive the durability and reliability. Linear polymer typically used in applications which require an exceptional balance of stiffness and toughness, it also contains a high level of UV stabiliser which gives Fusion Novatank the protection it needs for outdoor applications. Both the polymer and coated plastic fabric Bladder materials have been tested to meet the requirements of AS/NZS 4020:2005 - Testing of products for use in contact with drinking water.* The Bladder is manufactured using the latest in hot air and high frequency welding. This type of manufacturing technology is typically used for much larger industrial applications which are designed to hold over 100,000 litres of heavy fluids. The reinforced fabric has been proven in the bulk liquid transport industry and is relied upon because of its excellent strength properties and ability to hold its shape under extreme tension. The Fusion Novatank flexible bladder is welded with an overlap seam which creates a much stronger weld than the standard fuse method typically used in other temporary water storage solutions.
