Description: Next Generation Incentive Management System (NGIS) is an environment in which Sales incentives (commissions) are computed and Incentive plans are managed for Colt sales Account Executives. This environment has a proprietary product called VARICENT commonly known as the 'commissioning system'.Colt pays out commissions to salespersons (AE) for sales that they achieve every month. This commission system calculates commissions based on the performance of sales persons based on incentive plans. Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) deals with the commission calculation for Colt AEs and Partner Commission Plan (PCP) deals with calculation of commission for third party vendors who sell Colt products. Roles and Responsibilities:

Created Technical documents(TD) from the Functional Design(FD) document for the
project based on requirements. Interacted with ETL team for the development of project and to better implementation of business logic. Uploading the flat files data into database by using DataStage 8.0 . iInvolved in the universe modification,adding objects,creating aliases,creating joins ,setting cardinalities and adding joins to contexts. The projects aims at development of revenue reports, service level agreement reports, and invoice reports pertaining to various telecommunication services provided by Comcast using Business Objects off of Comcasts MAC (Master Analytics for Comcast) data mart. Business Objects Universe serve as the main data provider for development of reports using Desktop Intelligence and for creation of metrics using Performance Management tool. Roles and Responsibilities: Developed reports as per the business report requirements. Executed the reports using unit test cases to test the reports.
